Sewa Kenya, is a social, non-profit, Hindu service organisation, wedded to the ideal of service to the
Kenyan Nation and its People. Sewa Kenya is committed in doing charity works, as part of its duty known as Sewa.
Sewa is a Sanskrit word meaning “A very unique concept of Service / Charity”.
This Sewa (concept of Service) includes:
- Performing an activity of service without expecting any reward in return.
- Performing service selflessly without any ulterior motive.
- Sacrificing ones time and resources for the benefit of others without any expectation in return.

- Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh – a Social Cultural Organisation, on a mission to make the world peaceful, by uniting Hindus, and working on the basis of Character Building.

Our Mission
We serve all Kenyans in need, aid local communities, work with philanthropists and donor organisations, and promote volunteerism. We engage our beneficiaries to be agents of change in development and strive to make progress broad based.
Our Objectives
Sewa (Charity) :-
We partner with philanthropists, donor organisations, volunteers, to provide a right platform to do charity work, by ensuring transparency and accountability of all the projects undertaken.
Sanskar(Discipline) :-
All our activities entail character building, and thus, we also provide training to the philanthropists, donor organisers and volunteers, with the necessary skills and knowledge, to do right kind of Sewa, making all proactive in the work of nation building.
Samarastha (Equality) :-
We work for the welfare of all, without any discretion of tribe, caste, sex, language or religion.
Swavalamban (Self Reliance) :-
We serve and help in making self-reliant people. “The beneficiary should soon become a donor” is our motto whilst doing charity work.
